1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account or use the service — such as your name, email address, and the content you add to your workspace. We also collect limited technical data like device and browser type to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, communicate with you about your account, and keep CloudLiberty secure.
- Operate and maintain your workspace
- Provide support and respond to requests
- Detect, prevent, and address abuse or security issues
- Send service and, where permitted, product updates
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run CloudLiberty (such as cloud hosting), under contracts that require them to protect it, or when required by law.
4. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete content or close your account at any time, after which we remove or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these from your account settings or by contacting us.
6. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular reviews. See our Security page for more detail.
7. International transfers
CloudLiberty operates globally. Where we transfer data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required.
