1. Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest using industry-standard algorithms. Secrets and keys are managed with a dedicated key-management service.
2. Access controls
Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and reviewed. We follow the principle of least privilege and require strong authentication for internal access.
3. Single sign-on
Enterprise workspaces can enforce SSO via SAML and provision users with SCIM, so access follows your identity provider.
4. Monitoring and response
We monitor our systems continuously and maintain an incident response process. Service health is published on our Status page.
5. Data residency and backups
We back up data regularly and test restoration. Enterprise customers can discuss data-residency options for where their data is stored.
6. Compliance and reviews
We undergo regular third-party security assessments and maintain internal policies covering access, change management, and vendor risk. Customers can request our current reports under NDA.
7. Reporting a vulnerability
We welcome responsible disclosure. If you believe you've found a security issue, contact our security team and we'll work with you to resolve it.
