1. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
Use CloudLiberty lawfully and respectfully.
- Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- Don't resell the service without our written permission
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial unless stated otherwise. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your settings; changes are prorated.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you add to CloudLiberty. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. We don't claim ownership of your data.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep CloudLiberty available and fast, and publish status at our Status page. The service is provided on an 'as is' basis, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, with notice where practical.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CloudLiberty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post changes here and, for material updates, notify you in advance where required.
